Yes, all regular class connect sessions are recorded. If you do not have access to a recording, please reach out to your teacher. Please note: recordings are not available until 15 minutes after the session has been closed. If a teacher has back to back sessions, they may not get to releasing the recordings until later in the day.
When you watch a recording, please fill out the brief survey below so your teacher can give you attendance credit. Tip: Bookmark this link! |
Family Vacation/Event Contract
A successful school experience depends on regular school attendance. Every absence, whether excused or unexcused, interrupts the student’s understanding of the material being presented and lessens the value of high academic expectations. Although we do not condone vacations during the academic calendar, we understand that sometimes absences cannot be helped. The school and the state of Michigan recognize student illness, death in the family, exclusion because of exposure to contagious disease, service in the state legislature, medical appointments, and school sanctioned activities as excused absences. In the instance where a family needs to be away from learning for a vacation, the following contract needs to be completed and returned to the Head of School, or designee, before leaving. Please click the button below to print the contract, fill it out, and send to your homeroom teacher. Thank you!
